Picturesque Landscapes Warwickshire is a set of two premium quality 500-piece jigsaw puzzles from Ravensburger.
This is the fifth in a series of puzzles depicting scenic landscape.
Warwick Castle: there has been a fortification on the Warwick Castle site since 914. Construction of the castle we know today started in 1086, when William the Conqueror used Warwick as his Midlands powerbase. The castle has had many owners and has undergone many changes but remains one of England’s most remarkable and well-preserved fortresses. The wonderful view towards the castle is taken from the A425, where it crosses the River Avon.
Stratford upon Avon: this scene shows Shakespeare’s birthplace, a 16th century house in Henley Street, Stratford upon Avon. The beautiful building is just one of many attractions just waiting to be discovered in this Warwickshire market town. Others include historic houses associated with Shakespeare, the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, the beautiful River Avon and the popular Canal Basin.
